Can 800 project managers change a culture?

I was recently called to Helsinki, Finland to address 800 project managers at an IPMA Conference, on The Power of Acknowledgment ( . It was an extraordinary experience to present this approach to people whose culture does not necessarily include acknowledgment on a deep, heartfelt, regular basis. However, there was a tremendous response to the presentation and some rather outstanding results were achieved!
