The “Random Acts of Kindness” video reminded me of another video: TED Talk – Kindness – Orly Wahba.  While she addresses kind acts in general, her emphasis is clearly on acts of acknowledgement.  And, not acknowledgement as a form of thanks for something received, but, just of the essence of another person’s humanity.  The video is bit long (10 minutes), but, that is short for a TED talk… and it includes a short video within the video!  If anyone is inspired by her talk to see who else she has inspired, she now produces an annual global flashmob Dance for Kindness.  Here is an example: One Day, One Dance, One Heart! (DFK2013).

So, I’m not sure I would call her a Grateful Leader as much as a Leader of Gratefulness.
