My Webinar, Your Thoughts …. August 20, 2012

In a recent webinar on Grateful Leadership, when I asked if people felt as if they were practicing this kind of leadership, a participant named Laura texted the class:

“ I HAVE to be a grateful leader because I manage a remote team. Some of my team members I have never met face to face. So I have one on ones, where we just talk about personal things in an effort to truly get to know each other. I have a weekly team call where we celebrate successes. Coaching for improvement happens individually, open honest communication.”

This sounds great to me! What are your ideas for showing your gratitude toward your remote team members? How do you practice Grateful Leadership and what are the benefits you receive?
